Nail Innovations does NOT store or currently store financial details (credit or debit card numbers).
Retention of Title:
Property in the goods sold shall not pass to the Buyer until the Buyer has made full to the Company of the invoice price for the goods. The Company shall however be entitled to bring action against the Buyer for the invoice price (or any part thereof unpaid) at any time after the due date for the payment of the same. Until the property of the goods shall have passed to the Buyer the Company may recover possession of such goods from the Buyer and re-sell such goods and for that purpose the Buyer agrees that the Company, its Servants and Agents may enter upon any land or building which the goods are situated.
Payment & Credit Terms:
Payment is due with order unless you have opened a credit account with us. All orders from non-account customers must be pre-paid by cash, cheque, credit or debit card prior to successfully setting up a credit account. Our credit terms require that your payments reach us, not posted by you, by the 15th of the month following the month of the invoice. Credit terms may be withdrawn if payments are not received promptly. Maximum credit limits are set for new accounts. Once this credit ceiling has been reached, no further orders will be accepted until payment has been received, even though this may be before the 15th of the month following the month of the invoice. Any amount outstanding for more than 21 days will be liable to a 2% above base rate surcharge per month until payment is made in full. Cheques should be made payable to Nail Innovations. There will be a £30.00 charge for processing any returned cheques. Nail Innovations reserves the right to decline an application for credit facilities and also reserves the right to withdraw any facilities granted at any time.
Claims:
Claims for loss or damage to goods in transit must be made in writing to the company within 3 days, Nail Innovations cannot be held responsible for any losses sustained through delays in transit.
Returned Goods:
Goods are not offered on a sale and return basis. Goods that have been ordered in error etc., will be accepted for return if the company is notified within 7 days in writing and the goods arrive back in perfect condition. A 25% surcharge will however, be charged for such transactions.
Deliveries:
Where possible Nail Innovations will endeavour to despatch goods on the same day provided we receive the order before 2pm and subject to payment terms as described above being met and to availability of stock. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed as delays maybe due to circumstances beyond our control. All orders (beyond the High Peak area) will carry a delivery charge of £6.95. Special Deliveries can be arranged - details and prices quoted on request.
Cancellation:
Prior to dispatch, cancellations will be accepted but will incur a 5% handling charge. Cancellations after despatch cannot be accepted.
Refunds:
No refunds will be given at any time due to Health & Safety reasons. This however does not affect your statutory rights.
